Product Characteristics:

● Ultra-high capacity density and miniaturized design: Adoption of nanoscale thin layer stacking process and high dielectric constant materials (X5R/X7R), realizing full package coverage from 01005 (0.4mm×0.2mm) to 2225 (5.7mm×6.4mm), with capacity ranging from 1pF to 220μF, voltage level from 6.3V to 3kV, and volume efficiency increased by 30% compared with traditional MLCCs to meet the needs of ultra-compact electronic devices.;

● Extreme temperature stability: It supports a wide temperature range of -55℃ to +150℃ (some automotive models up to +175℃), with a tolerance drift rate of <±15% (X7R@-55℃~+125℃), and is suitable for high temperature and high vibration scenarios, such as engine control units and electric drive systems for new energy vehicles;

● High Frequency Low Loss Performance: By optimizing the electrode structure and dielectric layer distribution, ESR is as low as 2mΩ (@100kHz), and the self-resonant frequency (SRF) reaches more than 10GHz, which can carry ultra-high ripple currents (e.g., 1A@1MHz), and is suitable for high-frequency applications, such as 5G millimeter-wave RF modules, AI server GPU decoupling, and so on;

● Ultra-high reliability design: Based on Samsung's TAC (Tantalum Analog Control) process, it has passed 1,000 temperature cycles (-55°C ↔ +125°C) and 85°C/85%RH 1,000 hours of humidity resistance test, with a failure rate of <0.1 FIT (1 billion hours of single-point-of-failure), and complies with the AEC-Q200 Grade 0/1 automotive standard;

● Resistance to mechanical stress and high pressure: Adopting flexible end electrodes and anti-bending structure, the mechanical strength is improved by 50%, supporting 50G acceleration impact test; High-voltage series (≥1kV) has passed UL certification and is suitable for high-voltage isolation scenarios, such as photovoltaic inverters and industrial power supplies;

● Eco-friendly and full-scene compatible: We are RoHS 2.0, HF-Free and ISO 14001 compliant, and offer special models with low ESL (<0.5nH) and soft termination, which can replace Aluminum electrolytic capacitors, Tantalum capacitors, and some film capacitors, and cover the whole field of consumer electronics, medical equipment, and aerospace and military.
