● Ultra-high capacity and miniaturization breakthrough: Adopting self-developed high dielectric constant material (X6S/X7T) and ultra-precise thin film stacking technology, it realizes the full package coverage from 0201 (0.6mm×0.3mm) to 2220 (5.7mm×5.0mm), with capacity ranging from 10pF to 100μF and voltage level from 10V to 2kV, and the capacity density is increased by 20% compared with that of the conventional MLCC under the same volume, which is suitable for the design needs of smart wearable devices and micro IoT modules.Smart wearable devices, micro IoT modules and other ultra-thin design needs;

● High stability over a wide temperature range: Support -55℃ to +150℃ full temperature range operation (automotive grade X8R series up to +150℃), capacitance drift rate <±12% (X7T@-55℃~+125℃), passed 1000 times of cold and thermal shock (-55℃↔+125℃) test, suitable for new energy vehicle electronic control system, industrial motor drive and other extreme temperature difference scenarios;

● High-frequency low-loss and anti-interference capability: Optimized internal electrode layout and dielectric layer thickness control, ESR as low as 5mΩ (@100kHz), self-resonant frequency (SRF) of more than 8GHz, can carry 500mA @1MHz high-frequency ripple current, to meet the needs of low noise and high dynamic response of the PA module of the 5G base station, the power supply decoupling of the AI chip and so on;

● Enhanced mechanical and environmental resistance: Adopting anti-bending end-electrode design and high toughness dielectric material, it has passed 30G mechanical shock and 20G vibration test, with humidity resistance up to 85℃/85%RH for 2000 hours without failure, and complies with AEC-Q200 Grade 1 standard, which is suitable for high vibration environments such as in-vehicle ADAS camera modules and UAV flight control circuits;

● High Pressure and High Reliability Series: 2kV and above high-voltage products have passed UL/CQC certification, with insulation resistance >10GΩ, suitable for high-voltage scenarios such as DC-Link for PV inverters and isolated power supply for medical equipment; military grade series (GJM series) meets the GJB 192B-2018 national military standard, with failure rate <0.05 FIT;

● Full ecological support for localization: The full range complies with RoHS 2.0, Halogen-Free (HF-Free) and Chinese electronics industry standard SJ/T 1148-2022, provides customized parameters (e.g., low ESL <1nH, soft termination crack-resistant design), supports domestic substitution program, and covers the whole field of consumer electronics, industry 4.0 to defense equipment.
